Accounting and Audit Support Services

We can provide the following services to public or privately held companies in relation to their annual or quarterly reporting requirements:

• Assist with preparation for annual audit of quarterly reviews, including the preparation and organization of workpapers
• Assist with financial statement preparation, including footnote disclosures
• Act as liaison between company management and external auditors
• Preparation of income tax provisions and income tax footnote disclosures (FASB 109)
• Assist with determination of proper accounting treatment for complex transactions
• Provide consulting services in connection with other issues or problems that might arise relative to financial statement preparation and disclosures
